The fully air-conditioned university library is located on the 1st floor of the administration building. The library is a spacious hall, well furnished with comfortable seating arrangements and a quiet atmosphere. It provides seating arrangements for 300 students at a time and remains open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on all working days. A separate reading room with internet is available for faculty members. It is headed by a chief librarian with two assistant librarians and other staff under the direction of the Library Committee.
The library is relatively enriched with a collection of common textbooks, handbooks, important national and international magazines. Recently, about 5000 current medical textbooks from various fields are collected.
Separate boys’ and girls’ hostels are located on the eastern wing of the campus adjacent to the school playground and are enriched with a dining hall, reading room and common room with indoor play facilities.

Currently, 3 lecture halls with multimedia presentation equipment, an administrative block, a modern library with 5,000 current medical textbooks from various fields and internet facilities are available to students and academic staff of the faculty. A fully air-conditioned, modern, well-furnished and equipped hospital, Ashiyan Medical College & Hospital building accommodates cubicles, general wards, consulting rooms, operating theater, ICU, dialysis unit, reception, modern diagnostic laboratory and hospital office.
DEPARTMENT
The preclinical departments were organized in an appropriate manner. Basic Departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Community Medicine – all departments are well furnished, adequately and appropriately equipped for classrooms, exercises, dissecting room, laboratories and museums.
Departments needed at a later stage are community medicine, forensic medicine, pathology, microbiology and pharmacology.
The hospital building houses clinical departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Cardiology (Cath lab & ICU), Oncology, Orthopedic Surgery, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Anesthesia, Dermatology etc.
